John R. Park Debate Society Wins Three Events at Colorado College
The John R. Park Debate Society kicked off the Halloween Weekend by continuing its
competitive season at the Al Johnson Invitational held at Colorado College (Colorado
Springs, CO; Oct. 29-31). The competition featured fifteen colleges and universities,
including Rice University, Ohio University, and the United States Air Force Academy.
Of the nine students in attendance, six entered the Al Johnson as their inaugural
college competition. Despite recently joining the team, they sustained the Debate
Society’s tradition of excellence across a broad range of competitive events.
