Debate Society Enjoys Continued Success at Rice Classic

The John R. Park Debate Society continued its Fall 2023 season with a small contingent of competitors at both the Rice Classic hosted by Rice University. Over the weekend, members of the Debate Society competed against 10 different colleges and universities from more than 5 states. For their efforts, every competitors participated in elimination rounds or won an awardand placedfourth overall. The Debate Society will continue their season on October 13-15  at the Steve Hunt Classic hosted by Lewis and Clark College.
