John R. Park Debate Society Dominates Western States Communication Association Invitational Tournament - Debate - College of Humanities

The John R. Park Debate Society traveled to Denver, CO on February 20-24, 2020 to participate in Western States Communication Association (WSCA) Invitational hosted by Metropolitan State University of Denver. At the tournament, the team won two out of three formats of debate (including co-champions in one event), won four out of eleven speech events, and earned the top overall award for the 4th year in a row. The team will begin its series of international and national championship tournaments to close out its season on March 6 by traveling to Tokyo, Japan for the International Forensics Association Championships.
